The applicable terms depend on the scope subscribed. Two distinct sets coexist.
Hosting services (Tier 3 storage, bunker, NAS, VPS, S3, Drive, web hosting, restoration, technical services) are governed by the AlpiVault Infrastructure Terms. Renewable monthly commitment, billed in CHF, support included, optional SLA.
Use of the VAULT platform (LIGHT / PRO / CUSTOM), add-ons (Asset core, Ticket, LogBook, Inventory, IMERSA®, SIGNAK®) and Marketplace is governed by the AIM ToS. Annual commitment, class-coefficient pricing, plugins framed by Plugin GTC v1.0.
Plugin partners are bound by the Plugin GTC v1.0, complemented by SOWs per plugin. STARTER / BUSINESS / ENTERPRISE tiers, mandatory security audits per scope, optional SILVER / GOLD / PLATINUM certification.
In case of conflict: (1) Master agreement · (2) Annex 1 · (3) SOW · (4) Plugin GTC (technical / security / IP).
