AlpiVault SA processes personal data in compliance with the nLPD (Swiss data protection act) and the GDPR for users based in the EU.
On this site: name, email, company, phone and message when you contact us via the form. For Infrastructure or AIM customers: data strictly necessary to deliver the service, kept in Switzerland.
Answer your requests, send commercial communications (with opt-in), deliver the service, handle billing and regulatory traceability.
All customer data is stored in Switzerland on AlpiVault Tier 3 infrastructure, with optional bunker replication. No transfer outside Switzerland without explicit consent.
